Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: How to cancel? We understand things change, plans come up, unexpected guests come in town, and much more. We kindly ask for a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Fee? Lack of appropriate notice, will result in a $40 cancelllation fee.
Closed Door Policy
Closed Door Policy: What is our team to do if room/bathroom door is closed? Does the closed door indicate a “do not enter” or is it ok to enter w/ closed doors and clean? Sometimes clients will have out of town or unexpected guests. We need to know what to expect if door is closed upon arrival for cleaning.
Lock out Policies
Lock out Policies: If cleaners are not able to get into a home, there will be a $15 fee charged on the second lockout and every one after.
Inclement Weather Policy
Inclement Weather Policy: To ensure the safety of our team, in the case of inclement weather we will use our judgement where conditions are not safe enough for our team to come out, we will contact you as soon as we can to reschedule.
